Window Watch

Our window displays will be changing with the coming of the holidays. Our summertime display of garden tools has been packed up and in its place is a wonderful display of the history of the telephone. There are several designs of desk top phones, and an old wall phone model that just reminds you of party lines. There are some of the newer phones like the princess phones and more. Stop by and take a look.

The Marshall Fields memorabilia has attracted the attention of those organizing the Field’s boycott. Thanks to Gloria Evenson for keeping us posted on those events. We’re sure that many will save those old green shopping bags which have been replaced by white plastic bags with a red star on the side. Now that the holidays are almost here we will be shifting gears to a holiday window.
